Plastic tubes for personal hygiene products such as toothpaste, sunscreen, hand cream, hair gel, etc. are examples of plastic household packaging (the P in PMD) and, when empty, they belong in the PMD bag. Also metal tubes for eg. ointments go in the blue bag when empty.
