Plastic boxes/pots for foodstuffs
eg. cocoa powder, ice cream, etc.

PMD

Plastic boxes used for chocolate milk powder, ice cream and other foodstuffs are examples of household plastic packaging (the P in PMD) and, when empty, they belong in the PMD bag. Please note: Do not fill these boxes with other types of packaging material! Please note: Some boxes used for chocolate milk powder, etc. are made entirely from plastic. However, some boxes have a similar composition to Pringles crisp tubes (a mix of plastic and cardboard) and go in the residual waste.
Please note that some cocoa boxes are not in plastic, but have a cardboard body. These are mixed packaging for which they have to be thrown in the residual waste.
